Our Keynote speaker for the evening will be David Leech, who is Architectural Director at Ryder Architecture.
David has over 25 years experience, with fourteen years as a director, working on mixed use schemes that range from individual buildings to masterplans for the regeneration of towns and city centres. David has worked on projects throughout the UK and internationally across The Nordics. He has responsibility for leading projects that increasingly focus on the repurposing of redundant retail environments. These include redevelopments for other uses including residential, offices, healthcare, hotels, and leisure for a variety of clients, including local authorities and private investors.
In his spare time David is a keen canoeist and is an active member of Richmond Canoe Club where he coaches, acts as club secretary and enters national races.
