The Gym
We are delighted to share that planning permission has officially been granted for a major extension to our Sports Centre, an exciting step forward in Oakham School’s long‑term investment in sport, wellbeing and performance.
Designed by GSS Architecture this transformational project will create modern, inclusive spaces that support every pupil, from aspiring athletes to those discovering the joy of lifelong fitness.
What’s coming:
• A dedicated performance gym for athletic development
• A spacious first‑floor fitness suite
• An immersive purpose‑built spin studio
• Flexible studios for yoga, Pilates, boxercise, HIIT and more
