Congratulations to Jonathan Hedley (’23) who is at King University, Tennessee.

He recently received their History Award and also represented the University at the NCUR26 Conference in November last year.

“…As part of the King institute for Security and Intelligence, I carried out independent research on how financial counterterrorism units stop the flow of terrorist funds. After finding the topic interesting in a class last year, I decided to delve deeper into the topic. I applied to enter the National Conference for Undergraduate Research in November 2025. This involved writing an abstract proposal to an academic panel last year and got accepted in January 2026 to present in April this year.
